Please follow the how to measure measurement guide to ensure your gaff gives you the right amount of compression in all the right places. Our product sizing is specifically calculated to ensure each gaff gives you the tuck you're looking for Everyday, All Day!

For example, if your waist measures 36"inches, you need to subtract 2"inches, therefore ordering a size 34" for the waistband. It might be tempting to order your actual size, but trust in the StripItBack science, it works!!!

You'll need to use a cloth tape measure (the ones that are really flexible), and measure all the way around your body in line with your belly button/navel. Keep the tape measure close to your skin, but no need to pull super tight...
